C&N Recruitment are currently recruiting for a maintenance engineer for a 4* grade 2 listed hotel based just outside of Milton Keynes. This is a stunning location to work, the hotel boasts various restaurants, spa, holds conferences and weddings. Stunning location.

The Role:

Carry out day to day repairs within the hotel.
Run and record schedules as a part of the maintenance team.
Complete small projects work and make reactive repairs to keep hotel running smoothly.
General painting and decorating around the hotel.
Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns.
Respond to all building related issues.
Deal with guest related concerns.
Ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard taking full responsibility for all worked carried out.
Laise with relevant departments involved in works.
Keep all disturbances to guest to a minimum.
Report any issues to the Head of Department.

Person specification

Experience of working in a hotel environment
Plumbing experience
Electrical experience
Aware of health and safety
Flexible.
Team player.
Calm and self-motivated.
